Transport operations platform · European road freight

Order in. Truck out. Invoice paid.

FleetOp runs the entire load lifecycle in one workspace. AI reads the incoming order, the load builds itself around how freight actually moves, the right truck gets assigned against real driver hours — and both invoices draft themselves the moment it's delivered.

The problem

Right now, one load lives in five places.

the order email the planning spreadsheet the WhatsApp group the accounting package a folder of scanned CMRs

Nothing is wrong with any one of them. The damage happens in the handovers — the leg nobody assigned, the subcontractor invoice nobody chased, the driver who ran out of hours because the plan was drawn on a straight line. FleetOp removes the handovers by keeping the load in one place from the first email to the last payment.

One load, end to end

Four phases. No second system.

Most transport software owns one slice of this line and hands you off at the edges. FleetOp holds the whole thing.

Phase 01 — Intake

The order arrives. FleetOp reads it.

Orders come in by email, by direct injection from your systems, or typed in by hand. FleetOp parses the document, extracts the job and saves it as a draft load for a dispatcher to confirm — so the work starts at review, not at re-typing.

The same document engine reads CMRs, invoices and payment files across the app. Where an incoming email needs a reply, it drafts one; the dispatcher approves it with a single click.

Inbox with intake. Transport requests from freight exchanges land in the same workspace as the loads they become. Triage, reply, or turn one into a draft load without leaving the thread.
Phase 02 — Planning

A load object that matches how freight actually moves.

A load is rarely a line from A to B. It is a set of points with types, and FleetOp handles the combinations: split a route so two or more truck sets cover it end to end, chain them so one hands off to the next, or do both on the same job — across multiple movements on multiple execution legs.

Move a load internally between your own companies. Run it on your own truck, or sell it to a carrier or subcontractor. Assign truck, trailer and driver sets — or leave them open, because reality is rarely complete on day one, and whether they're mandatory is your setting to make.

A route split with a live handover. One load, two execution sets: Part A runs Rottenmann to Dresden, Part B takes it on to Berlin. The handover point is chosen directly on the map; blockers are counted before you can approve.
Phase 03 — Execution

The board shows what needs you, and nothing else.

A live, self-refreshing map with closest-truck calculation, so the dispatcher sees the best-suited unit for the job instead of guessing. Timings are calculated against real tachograph data and live traffic — not optimistic straight-line estimates that fall apart at the first rest stop.

A dispatcher's real problem is not missing information — it's too much of it, arriving at once, with no ranking. So every load carries a health state, and anything at risk surfaces in the exception watch ordered by how much it will cost you: execution missing, driver not linked, drivers near their limit, telematics connection lost. Colour does the triage before you've read a word.

The active board. Every load carries a lifecycle state and a health state. Amber stripe and "Execution missing" means nobody has been assigned yet; green means it is moving and on plan. You read the colour before the text.
Phase 04 — Settlement

Delivered means invoiced.

When the load closes, FleetOp drafts the sales invoice to your client and the purchase invoice you're expecting from your subcontractor. Payments are tracked against both. Romanian authority submission is live, with the rest of the EU following this year.

Then the numbers that matter: recognised revenue, direct cost and transport margin per load, rolled up by customer and by lane, with overhead allocated — so you know which lanes earn and which ones just move. Send any document straight from the record by email or WhatsApp. Behind all of it sits a complete audit history — every change, every state, every time.

Who it's for

Two ways in.

Fleets · 20–200 vehicles

Your trucks, your drivers, your margins — visible.

You own the assets, so the risk is idle capacity and compliance exposure. FleetOp puts assignment, hours and cost in the same view.

  • Closest-truck assignment against live positions
  • Tachograph compliance checked before the plan is committed
  • Driver and trailer compliance tracked continuously
  • Lane and customer profitability once the invoices land
Forwarders & brokers

Loads you don't own, controlled like you do.

You're accountable for freight moving on someone else's wheels. FleetOp gives you the same grip on it as on your own.

  • Sell any load or leg to a carrier without leaving the record
  • Splits and multi-leg chains across several subcontractors
  • Expected purchase invoices drafted against every carrier
  • Margin visible per customer and per lane, not per quarter
The AI layer

An orchestrator and 28 agents that actually do things.

Plenty of software calls a chat box "AI". FleetOp runs an orchestrator over 28 specialised agents that take real actions inside your operation — reading the documents that arrive, drafting the replies that go back, fetching what a dispatcher asked for, and raising a warning before a deadline turns into a penalty.

They work the way a good back office does: quietly, until something needs you. And you can talk to them — voice input is built in, because a dispatcher's hands are usually on a phone or a keyboard already.

Built for the regulation you actually work under

Compliance isn't a module. It's the floor.

Tachograph compliance

Driver hours checked against the plan, not discovered after the fact.

Driver & trailer checks

Compliance tracked per unit and per person, continuously.

Goods traceability

Full chain of custody across every leg and every handover.

Authority submission

Romanian e-invoicing live today. Most EU countries follow this year.

Full audit history

Every state change recorded and attributable.

Row-level security

Access enforced at the data layer, not just the interface.

Two themes

Light and dark, because dispatch runs at 04:00 as well as noon.

Where we are

Early, and honest about it.

FleetOp is in live testing with real operators — not a waitlist, not a demo environment. These are the true numbers today. No logo wall, no invented quotes.

What early means for you: a direct line to the people building it, and a product that still bends around how you work. Named case studies will appear here as the current pilots complete.

Pricing

Two components. Pay for what you run.

Transport is priced per truck you put on the platform. Expedition is a prepaid block of orders per month, for freight you broker rather than haul. Take one, or both — a forwarder with its own fleet runs both side by side. Every tier above Manual includes a monthly allowance of AI credits and processed documents.
